Amy R. Kim is a Pilates instructor, Yoga Teacher, counselor, and health coach. It is her belief that Pilates and Yoga should be tailored to each individual's unique needs. She strives to provide a holistic approach that comprises wellness of the mind, body, and soul. The use of Pilates and other movement allows individuals to release physical stress and relate to their bodies with a newfound awareness. The goal of her integrated approach is to help individuals find true balance in their lives by encouraging personal growth, improved health, and mindfulness.
