Pilates

This unique holistic system of exercise is designed to condition the body by strengthening the “core” muscles (abdominals, back and hips). Pilates increases strength, flexibility, improves posture and well-being. Pilates session are performed on specialized equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair) or on a mat. Pilates is gentle enough for rehabilitation, yet challenging enough for weekend warrior or the super fit. There are no physical prerequisites to being able to benefit from the strengthening techniques of Pilates!

GYROTONIC®

GYROTONIC®  method uses movements that look like  a combination of dance, swimming, tai chi and yoga. Developed in the 1970's by Juliu Horvath,  GYROTONIC® practice uses the Expansion System Machine (or the tower) to create resistance for the body through weights and pulleys.  Special attention is paid to supporting and increasing the functional capacity of the spine in addition to creating strength and mobility of the joints. GYROTONIC® uses fluid rhythmic movements to release tension around joints, creating a balance of strength, mobility and a feeling of overall physical fitness and vitality.  GYROTONIC® exercises are tailored for every body type and level of strength.

Yoga

The Classical techniques of Yoga date back more then 5,000 years. In ancient times, the desire for greater personal freedom, health, and long life, and heightened self-understanding gave birth to this system of physical and mental exercises which has since spread throughout the world. The word Yoga means " to join or yoke together," and it brings the body and mind together into one harmonious experience!

It is through your body you realize you are a spark of divinity.
